Requires face time and follow up visits if necessary. 4 to 6 hours Firm Solicitations: Requires calling approximately 10 law firms following up on letters sent during the summer. You'll be given a script and information about each firm. Approx 2 to 3 hours. Break Down Night of the Auction: Nov. 13th. between 12:30 and 2:00 am. Break down of the auction. Approx 2 hours Stuffing Envelopes: Two grantees needed to put local solicitation packets together.
