Hello Grantees!

Here's a list of the tasks that we need for the week.  We will keep the document open as long as we have slots open.  Remember that names that are listed after the orange box are NOT counted, and you may only sign up for a maximum of two tasks each week.  Here's a brief description of the tasks and an approximate number of hours for each. The spreadsheet is below and the tasks are divided up into categories.  Don't forget that you can't edit the spreadsheet here.  You need to scroll down and click on the hyperlink at the bottom!
Thanks again!

Excel Spreadsheet Data Entry: Weekly commitment up until the Auction beginning on October 1st [possibly earlier] dedicated to updating spreadsheet with new contract information. Will vary each week, but should be no more than 1 hour.  Closer to the Auction, we will add more positions like this.

Contracts Manager: Requires a weekly 1 hour time commitment dedicated to copying contracts rec'd that week.  Can be up to 1 hour a week up until the auction depending on the actual need.  Exciting... I know.
